Publications and Recognitions

This archive is a chronological and thematic record of my work and advocacy. It reflects my dual commitment: uncovering institutional truths through structured legal and systemic analysis and advocating for the vulnerable by amplifying marginalized voices. While the subjects vary—from social advocacy and deep dives into the legal system to the nuances of human behavior—each piece is driven by a single, consistent pursuit: to decipher patterns and complex truths, pinpoint where systemic change is vital and illuminate the human truths that define our society.

  • Selected Independent Delegate: Nepal People’s Forum on Sustainable Development
    • As an autonomous independent delegate for this national multi-stakeholder forum, I provided critical oversight for Nepal’s 2026 Voluntary National Review (VNR). I informed the review process with ground-level evidence to bridge the gap between official government data and lived experiences, specifically for SDG 6 (Clean Water and Sanitation). My contributions highlighted hidden gaps in disability-friendly infrastructure, urban water security, and the safety risks and violence faced by women and girls. Furthermore, I contributed to the thematic nexus of Health, Gender Equality, and Climate Action (SDGs 3, 5, 13), ensuring that the mental health and grassroots realities of marginalized populations were accurately reflected alongside state reporting. This role ensured the final outcome document for the 2026 UN High-Level Political Forum (HLPF) upheld the principle of Leaving No One Behind by challenging ‘on-paper’ progress with real-world evidence.
